WELCOME TO THE LONGBRANCH IMPROVEMENT CLUB (LIC)!
Since 1921 the Longbranch Improvement Club has actively supported the improvement of community roads, schools, businesses, and civic events. A membership in the LIC provides opportunities to become more involved in the Longbranch/Key Peninsula South Community and become better acquainted with other residents of our area.
Two types of LIC memberships are available: REGULAR and ASSOCIATE. Regular Members are eligible to rent a boat slip on an annual basis at the Longbranch Marina.
REGULAR Membership Reguirements
FULL OR PART-TIME RESIDENCE on KEY PENINSULA SOUTH (owner OR renter). The map below shows the line dividing Key Peninsula North and Key Peninsula South. It is not intended to be an accurate plat. "Residence" = a dwelling connected to utilities and septic/sewer system
FULL PAYMENT OF ANNUAL DUES (payable with application form)
SUBMIT APPLICATION FORM FOR APPROVAL
ATTEND A MINIMUM OF THREE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS ANNUALLY
PERFORM A MINIMUM OF FIFTEEN HOURS OF VOLUNTEER SERVICE FOR LIC SPONSORED

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES
(DUE & PAYABLE BY FIRST DAY OF JANUARY)REGULAR MEMBERSHIP: INDIVIDUAL= $20.00/YR. COUPLE = $30.00/YR
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: $20.00/YR.
ALL MEMBERS receive the monthly LIC newsletter and all mailed event notices.
MEMBERS IN-GOOD-STANDING (3 meetings and 15 volunteer hours in the previous LIC year) are eligible for reduced rental rates on the LIC Clubhouse.
NOTE: An ASSOCIATE MEMBER cannot vote on LIC issues, hold elective office, and does not qualify for permanent moorage at the marina, but does qualify for the member rate on LIC building rentals.
